Raffle Rules
AMHA Free Registration Raffle Rules and Regulations
This raffle begins Friday, September 7, 2018 and ends at the 2019 AMHA AGM on May 15, 2019. License #M767397.
Tickets will be sold throughout the 2018/19 hockey season at various events and locations, including some home hockey games and at the year end banquet.
Tickets will be sold for $5 for one ticket or 5 tickets for $20.



All tickets will be placed in a container and thoroughly shuffled around and one ticket will be chosen. 
Ticket holders should retain their half of the ticket for redemption.
If Tickets cannot be sold to persons under the age of 18. If parents wish to put their child's name on the ticket they must put their name in parentheses after their own name. [i.e.: Jane Doe (Jill Doe)]The draw will take place at AMHA Annual General Meeting (AGM). 
The winner must be present at the meeting to claim the prize. This is indicated on your portion of the raffle ticket.
The winner of the first ticket chosen is not present at the meeting another ticket will be chosen in the same manner as noted in #4.

This will continue until someone is present to claim the prize. Prize will not be awarded by proxy - the person named on the ticket (or their spouse) must be present.
The purpose of this raffle is to raise funds for AMHA to continue to offer quality hockey programming in Arthur.The prize for this raffle is for one free registration for AMHA for the 2019/20 season. 
This applies to first year players or players who have played before who would otherwise pay full price. The registration can be claimed for any age player. In the event that the free registration is used for the 2019/20 season but there are not enough players to form a team at that level, the free registration can be used in the following season (2020/21)The prize must be accepted as awarded. 
The prize does not have any cash value and cannot be redeemed for the equivalent cash value.
The prize must be used by the person who received it.
If you are buying tickets as a gift, put the name of the person whom it is being gifted on the ticket (not your own name).
Any decisions regarding this raffle and the above mentioned prize are at the sole discretion of AMHA. All decisions are final.
The rationale for holding the draw at our AGM is to give the hockey community an opportunity to see
