Rowan's Law is an incentive put forth by OMHA & Hockey Canada to create awareness of concussions & concussion safety, change the culture on concussions and provide all players with safe sport participation.
This is a mandatory requirement under OMHA guidelines for your child to be eligible to participate in our programs.
It is a short training and information manual for you to read along with your child to help learn the signs & symptoms of concussions and the appropriate actions to take in the event that a concussion is sustained. This can be done on any smart device or computer.
Please be sure to print out the form and return it to your coaches, signed by both you & your child, at your first practice.
